Dianne Wirtz was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick.  Her father had a band and she would sing with them in their home on the weekends.

When she was 8 her father who was in the Air Force at the time, moved them to Germany, where she was encouraged to continue with the singing.  She would take her guitar to school and sing to everyone there during recess and lunch breaks.  She enjoyed singing, and seeing that it made people happy, and she dreamed of becoming a singer some day.

When she was 12, they moved back to Canada.  Dianne has resided in Kelowna for 16 years.  She has been working with the mentally challenged for the last 9 years.

She is currently involved with Prison ministries and is a youth leader in her church.
